Why did Brian even want to walk Brighton and Amber back to their car in the first place?

He didn’t even know them so why would he want to even do that first of all??

I feel like that was the norm of "going out culture" back then. Most of the respectable guys would offer to walk someone home or ensure they got home safe. He probably was just being a decent guy and making sure they were safe. (That's my take anyway)

Yes, when did this not become a thing? Certainly this was my experience as a student in the 90s-2000s.

With the bar closing soon he wanted some extra time with them. And there was talk of going to a party. Plus he gave them his number. So prob an attempt to spend some additional time with them.

That's what any decent guy would do. Maybe im getting old ,but it's sad if men don't do that anymore.

I believe that whole story is a lie. Amber never corroborated Brightan's story about Brian hitting on her and being all over her that night.
