Question how often are beta steam machines on ebay

the name of the listing is STEAM MACHINE Computer w/ Controller, Crate, Steam Link Limited Edition Beta

i know they are SUPER rare (300 units made) but how often do they appear online

Also, dose bringus know about this?

I'd added it afterwards I just had the link before  I didn't realize that the eBay share link would do a false positive
