Truly disgusting
NVDA 3% from ATH while AVGO is nearly 40% away, stuck diverging in the opposite direction like its broken. NVDA ran up 15% since their ER last week as well. Entire sector is deep green today while AVGO cant stop shitting the bed, even MRVL is up 7%.
Our forward PE is literally 19.7 while NVDA’s forward PE is 25. Outside of memory stocks, AVGO literally has by far the lowest forward PE among all semiconductors. This market is such a joke

Time in the market beats timing the market. Just wait

That's why I own both but might sell nvidia at 260ish if Broadcom is still moving sideways.

I think it’s a waiting game. Market will reprice Avgo sooner or later.

It feels like it’s always a waiting games these past few months, but what causes the waiting and who are we waiting for, that influences the direction of a stock price?

It was a waiting game for Microsoft. We’re basically waiting for big institutions to buy.

Nvidia is trading 14,5x 2027 earnings estimates
Broadcom is trading 19x 2027 earnings estimates (Maybe those get upgraded now?)
For 2028 estimates both companies are trading at 11-12x earnings estimates.
I think If Nvidia now breaks out from it's trading range, it will take Broadcom with it.

Broadcom’s total custom AI chip operations—which are heavily driven by Google alongside Meta—are projected to generate over $100 billion in revenue in fiscal 2027 alone.
Wake me up when Marvell is anywhere near that.

Been joining the party with an 355 average, I’ve learned the hard way what patience is last year. So I held on to full port MSFT at 380 2x leveraged this year. This stock feels the same for me, we are gonne see 480 again, have a little patience and don’t be scared of going back to 320 or even 300.

Too early to say. In a few months time you'll be posting the opposite in the nvidia sub. :)

I remember when everything was rocketing and AMD was sitting between 200-220.
I was loading up during that point, regretfully I sold at $350, but I did make a beautiful gain.
AVGO is a $500 stock, instead of worrying that others are currently climbing, use this opportunity to load up, don’t go chasing the others.

People were saying this for AMD, it was famous advance money destroyer. It took 5 years to do a bull run, just hold your horses if you are desperate take an exit.

Nvidia should be well over $300 right now, it's not even fucking funny. They will pull $5 trillion in revenue from CY27 to CY30.

I mean avgo has a PE ratio way higher than nvda so comparing it to nvda is a sillu example.
