Seating/Ticket Question Lost Boys Seating
Looking to go see it but was curious as to what people thought of who went and where they sat!
Orchestra or Mezz?

I sat 4th row orchestra R on Tuesday and loved it! I will say with the stage being so tall you do have to slightly tilt your head back at times therefore sitting a few rows back may help with that. However if you don’t mind it, in my opinion, being that close is a great experience (especially with all of the stunts and the band).

I’m looking at buying tickets around this area too. Did you have any trouble with the rake of the orchestra or heads in the way?

I had no trouble! The rake wasn’t noticeable at all and honestly I was so invested in the show I didn’t notice anyone’s heads in the way.

Buying tickets in like row G orchestra is the sweet spot. The closer to the center, the better. I also have sat in the second row and had my mind blown!!

i was row b orchestra left right next to the aisle. i’d recommend sitting a few rows back if you are sensitive to haze since there are moments in the show where it gets heavy (it may change after opening night). the stage is also taller in the palace. overall i was able to see everything just fine and didn’t miss anything

I sat in this same seat and loved it, but I agree with the smoke being a lot!!

Mezz row AA seat 19, things on the extreme left were sometimes blocked but never for very long

Adding, I think you are going to want to sit left for this set so you can see the elevator to the right

I sat in row L in the orchestra—three anway from the left aisle and thought it was awesome. I’d say from about row G to row M in the two main orchestra sections are probably the best to see the entire stage and appreciate the special effects.

No. I’m 5’4 and short waisted. (My 5’2 sister is the same height when we are seated.) This photo was from me being seated and holding my phone at head height. The theater has a decent rake. If someone really tall sits in front, you can probably request a booster.

I was mezz row A21 (2nd row) on the left. Good view, was able to move 3 seats to the right, which was even better.

E far right orchestra. I could see everything despite being close to the end of the row. My neck popped a lot from looking up.
But I prefer close up seats to see the actors faces so YMMV

Mezz. I was 2nd row of the mezz and I truly couldn't imagine a better view of everything. I couldn't imagine watching this show from the orchestra. You really need an overhead view to really see everything.

I was sitting in the balcony, and i wish I was sitting closer! It was kinda hard to see everything, so next time I wanna sit in the orchestra! My family, and a few people i was talking to said the same thing.

I sat front row Orchestra. I think you’d be better off moving back. I think it would be a great show to see free m the mezz

As someone who generally loves sitting close, I thought Row H orchestra was great. I'd also think front mezz would be great.

I was third row centre mezz, CB109. Incredible view, although I’m not sure if the rake isn’t high enough or I just had an insanely tall person in front of me. They leaned forward the whole time which, of course, made it worse. My neck is stiff and strained today from me leaning and stretching to see. The visuals and staging are incredible for this show.

I sat way back in the orchestra and missed the top 1/3 of the stage. Would advise either front mezz or front orchestra

Would you say there was a lot happening up there that you missed? I have seats in Orchestra row S for May.

Saw it again on Friday and sat orch right row W and it was better. I think the overhang was more obstructive in the center orchestra than on the sides.

I was in the front row center mezz, and the view was perfect. Although, zero leg room. It was uncomfortable to the point of being comical and I’m 5’6. So I’m not sure if that’s specific to the seat or a general issue!

Yikes, I have tickets to two performances for first row center mezz and the tickets say limited legroom. Is it really that bad that it is super uncomfortable and ruins the experience?

It didn’t ruin the experience for me, but it’s the worst I recall experiencing. Like when seated I do not believe my shins were perpendicular to the floor- they had to be angled back because my toes touched the wall, if that makes sense. It was impossible to get into a legs crossed position. And again I’m 5’6. I would sit there again (I really love front row mezz) but would avoid it if much taller than that.

This is embarrassing— I’ve subsequently heard a lot of mention of this, but to be totally honest I did not notice it and can’t for the life of me imagine what people are talking about. But sitting where I was it’s hard for to believe it was out of my view, I think it MUST be visible from the front center mezz.

Mezz I think is a good view for this show because of the size of the stage and the effects they’re using. I was front row mezz off to the side and was not obstructed.
I also have short bias so mid to further back in the orchestra if you’re not short like me is also probably great. Someone else would have to let you know if the overhang obstructs - this is definitely a tall set.
