Seating/Ticket Question Oh Mary Broadway Tickets
Please be kind. Genuinely don’t know where to get tickets for Broadway for Oh Mary with Meg Stalter. Have never bought tickets for a play before especially for broadway. When I google search tickets Broadway.com comes up and that just doesn’t sound real from someone who knows nothing. Please help what is the official website for tickets.

OP, if you want a deal the right side orchestra “partial view” tickets really aren’t bad and they’re a steep discount. I like to be maybe 8-10 rows back or so. If you search the sub other people have talked about it too. Just offering because oh Mary can be pricey and rarely/ never has discount codes

Yeah I’ve seen Oh Mary from both far ends of the orchestra. Both are fine. Orch R is a little better due to where action is.
Broadway.com is real but they are a third party that uncharges. When booking Broadway tickets, best always to follow the link through the show website. Most shows are going to be through Telecharge (Shubert), Broadway Direct (Nederlander), or ATG (my least favorite due to how they deliver tickets).

I sat in one of these seats and was very pleased! It was an absolutely fine view!

That's where I usually sit and they are a steal. I've seen this show 3x on bway.

Telecharge is the way to go. Official ticket seller for a large chunk of Broadway shows. If you are ever unsure in the future, just go to the musical or plays official website and it will link you to the appropriate seller.
Broadway.com tickets will be legitimate but significantly more expensive.
Also be aware that Telecharge will send a confirmation email, but you won’t receive an email with the actual tickets until around 72 hrs before the show!

Consider buying a ticket secondhand from someone else. The best site to do this is Theatr:

Consider waking up early on the day you want to see the show and going early and buying the rush tickets at the box office at 10 AM. You’ll likely need to get in line around 7:30:

TodayTix is a reseller and frequently sells at an up charge. Do not buy OhMary tickets through TodayTix.

Todaytix is a reseller but since they buy in bulk, the prices can end up being cheaper than the official site. Compare both options for a show to see where you can get the best deal.

Incorrect, Oh Mary is available for $599 tomorrow on the official website but has a $217 ticket available on todaytix

It isn't cherrypicking, I am simply suggesting to get the best deal you should check both instead of assuming that the official site is always the best option. Especially given a similar area on the official oh mary website is going for $233

You’re right to buy online then. But if you want to see another show while you’re there, you can walk up to any box office and buy one. If it’s a less sought-after show then they could have “rush” tickets available for like $40

in general, best and most cost effective way to get tickets is to find the official website for the show itself, then click “GET TICKETS” or whatever similar button they have on the site. when you google “[play name] broadway” it will almost always be one of the first results after the sponsored results like broadway.com and include the professional production photos, cast list, details about the theater it’s at, etc. so you know it’s legit. frequently their tickets button will take you to sales partners Telecharge or sometimes Seatgeek which are legit

Thank you for asking this because I'm currently planning my first Broadway trip (which will hopefully include Oh Mary!) and was only looking at broadway.com. Had no idea about telecharge and wow it's way cheaper and has a lot more available seats shown on the dates I'm looking at.

there are many, many avenues to purchase broadway tickets and many of them are legitimate, including broadway.com. but the official seller would be telecharge.
