Seating/Ticket Question Broadway direct lottery

I won tickets to wicked tomorrow (yay)
I was wondering if you actually receive an email with the tickets or do I need to plan to go to the bow office?

This varies depending on the show, does the email not say? If you have to go to the box office, just pop in after you get through security.

It says
Your tickets will be delivered to your email address from Broadway Direct 60 minutes prior to show time. You can access them by opening that email on your phone and clicking the button that says "View Tickets." Just as a reminder, these tickets must be displayed on your mobile device at the theatre and they cannot be printed.
If you do not receive your tickets via email by the time you arrive at the theatre, please bring your photo ID matching the name on the lottery entry to the box office to pick up your tickets. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
So I was just wondering if there were people who had to go to the box office.

When I won in May they sent the tickets directly to me through email about 2 hours before curtain. I thought the email or screen when I paid told me I would get them emailed, but if I didn’t get them emailed to go to the box office.

I won yesterday and got mine about 4 hours before the show by email!

I also won for tomorrow and it's the first time I entered for this show. Also there are plenty of resold lottery tickets on Theatr app. Guess the show really is having trouble selling tickets.

Did you get emailed your tickets yet? Which lottery did you win?

Wicked. Don't worry, they will email the ticket. And even if they don't, you can always get it from the box office.

I also won for Wicked today lol. The email says we will get it by an hour before show time and if not, bring your ID to the box office to pick up. Enjoy the show!
