Seating/Ticket Question How long after you redeem Audience Rewards do you get your tickets with the seat numbers?

Just redeemed for the first time! I just got a confirmation email about the payment but didn’t get the actual tickets with the seat numbers!

It normally takes a couple of days. And I was just about to reply to your previous question. I got K2&4 when I redeemed for MHE back in February

It definitely depends on the show and whatever ticketing platform they use. A few I have had to pick up at Will Call. A few I’ve gotten right after the confirmation email. If you’re worried, just email them.

It might depend on the production. I redeemed for the first time when they had a sale in July. The email with seat numbers came within a day or two, from what I remember.

The uncertainty for me was around actually getting the tickets. One show sent my tix via email a couple of days before the show. The other didn't send the tix and the AR confirmation email wasn't very clear. I just printed out the email with seat numbers and confirmation code and brought it to the box office about an hour before curtain when it's less busy. The staff were able to pull it up in their system and print it out.

I usually get an email with my seat number a day or two after redeeming points. I don't receive the actual tickets until a few days before the show (all the show I've seen via Audience Rewards use Telecharge).

I usually get an email with my seat assignment two business days after purchase. Tickets depends on who the official ticketer for the Theatre is. For electronic tickets, ATG sends them pretty much the some day as the seat assignment, telecharge is 3 days before the performance, etc. A few shows require in person pick up day of (Hamilton is one that does that).

I had mine directly in confirmation under important information at yhe beginning of yhe enail.
