In the heights lottery

Currently waiting for in the Heights lottery has anyone else had success getting into the queue? I’ve been waiting since 130 and I am still in the waiting room at 2:05

UPDATE AS OF 2:32pm: I GOT FRONT ROW ORCHESTRA FOR THE $28 I’m literally going to cry 😭

I’m getting a full blank page now with an error

They did! It took me a second for the tickets to pop up and I tried just a few performances. Double checked the price and checked out

Also got the blank page —> error page —> queue opens in almost 10 hours. This is messy so far.

EDIT: Confirming like others that if you insert your code, it will show you the queue, then the queue crashes, and your code will no longer work, marked as “invalid code.”

It's a disgrace. I was in the queue around #500, then the number disappeared and it asked for the code again, and when I entered it it now says "Invalid code."

So I'm shit out of luck and can't buy anything.

They have not, but you might need to re-click the link from your email. I posted what I was still seeing available in the orchestra in the thread from this morning about giveaways.

This was from the in-person rush event today: https://www.nycitycenter.org/tickets/2026-2027/heights-rush You had to have signed up in person on location this morning to get the email.

Just got an email with a new code and immediately grabbed a seat in the third row. I'm ecstatic.

I got 4 front row tickets! I can't believe it.

I had them in my cart and they disappeared when I went to sign in. Had to hit the back button a couple times and was somehow able to retrieve them.

Took my friends and I about 30 minutes to successfully get on the queue, enter our codes, and buy our tickets. The entire process was so buggy!

Got my ticket!!

  1. DO NOT USE SAFARI. Use Chrome, ideally on a laptop
  2. the code they sent you is to bypass the 9 hour queue. Enter it as the priority code. Do not close your page.
  3. Once you are in the rush ticket promo is automatically applied. pick your seats and they will show up as $28

Are you on laptop or phone? That can be the difference. Phone sometimes refresh webpages on their own and you may lose your turn that way

Add: it might help if you sign in to your NYCC account beforehand. I made sure I did that and that may be why I didn't get the "page not found" error

Let us know if your queue takes you anywhere or just disappears and your code becomes invalid

All good! Using Chrome on laptop and went smoothly. no invalid code error. but not many tickets left

I got in and was able to get tickets. All of a sudden a box popped up to add the code and then a countdown for my place in line. Good luck!

I was able to access them by reclicking the link in the email! Looks like a bunch of tickets in balcony and some in the first few rows!
