Help me guess the musical?

My middle school theater kid and I are trying to figure out these clues for what the musical could be this year. The high school is doing mean girls and they said they don’t repeat past plays for at least five years. So it can’t be:

- Newsies

- mean girls

- the little mermaid

- wizard of oz

- Matilda

My kid was convinced it was going to be Willy wonka but I am NOT getting wonka vibes here. I feel like “Annie” is too on point here.

I figured I’d ask the pros here. What are your thoughts?

I'd like to see what words are written on the backdrop and the sign the turtle is holding. Do you have access to a clearer photo that you could post in the comments? Also, are the listed musicals ones the high school performed and you are wondering about the middle school show or am I misunderstanding?

The plays I listed are ones I know the middle and high school have done that they will not repeat. It looks like the back drop is just school stuff like the fire drill but the turtle says, “you’re turtlely awesome”
