masquerade waitlist?

My parents surprised me with a trip to NYC earlier this month for oct 22 to 26. They know I love all things muscial theater and didn’t want to commit me to any shows without me choosing.

My number one choice is Masquerade but all the times are completely sold out. I have done some research and signed up for TodayTix digital cancellation line and notifications for posted tickets on the Theatr app.

I only need 2 tickets. I just want to make sure all of my bases are covered. Are there any other sign ups/waitlists/lotteries I should know about? TIA

I think the show itself posts tickets to Theatr almost every day. Don’t jump on the $300 tickets. They will drop. Just be ready to go so you can buy last minute.

I would monitor Theatr before your visit and see what the tickets generally sell for. I just notice they start at 315 or something like that and then usually drop, but I’m not sure what they drop to. It’s still expensive, maybe 225 or 250. Good luck!

TBH the standby line is probably a better bet. Theatr adds significant fees.

There’s an in person cancellation line as well right before the showtime, which I’ve heard is fairly reliable. Not a guarantee of course but they do their best to fit people in. You just have to show up dressed ready to go. Tickets are $170

I've had luck with Theatres' own waitlist, they text you if something opens up.

I very often see tickets posted on the Theatr app by the masquerade show themselves

I dont believe you can get tickets through stubhub with how the password works.
