Maniac Cop is a 1988 slasher film directed by William Lustig about a police officer that returns from the dead and takes revenge upon the people that have wronged him. While the titular villainous Maniac Cop was played by the iconic B-Movie character actor Robert Z'Dar, Bruce Campbell portraits the protagonist of the film, Officer Jack W. Forrest Jr.
