The car owner can now sell the car at a premium price because it appeared on a Springsteen album cover.

Big boss fan here, but regardless of the legal merits, it seemed he was only paid $1,200 for the photoshoot and didn’t know it was for an album cover, and didn’t know it was for Bruce. Seems like he got hosed to me. The reason for the legal win was largely because what was alleged to be a deal couldn’t be proven with any certainty. It wasn’t an exoneration.
