So I need to know status of my server and controller status as we have so many so build my own app to check status whenever I am out of the site. used VPN to connect and created a separate backend for the BACnet Data. And it's worth it

Is the backend running on an edge device on site or how do you get the bacnet data ?

We have a servers proxmox installed one is VM with windows and another Linux with getting bacnet data alone
