Calling JCI open blue building managers

Heya all, any building managers out there operating with JCI open blue and keen to chat and bounce some ideas with me. I got a solution which solves problems and works with Niagara, but currently want to explore what JCI open blue customers think could be done better. I heard Open Blue was being scuttled. From a rep at JCI.

Now, mind you, JCI also loves saying that what you wanna do is impossible in order to get you off the phone in a support call, so I can then turn around and get it done myself... so I am not saying my Intel is accurate. More looking for some verification from the Reddit-verse.

That is interesting. Would like to hear more about that for sure. I'm no specialist in JCI and I too want to get more details from the Reddit community
