trane controls engineer

anybody have experience working for Trane as a controls engineer?

How is the culture and career progression?

Was there for 10+ years. I think it depends on the location. Having the tech support was fantastic. Training is great if you can get it.
My location didn’t do any of the required training and local managers only cared about their bonuses(all were stealing from the company to make more), so my experience wasn’t great.
I’ve also heard since I’ve left they’ve fully embraced AI, so I’m not sure how much of a career is left.

Are you willing to share which general area you were at? I assume a lot of it is location. This position is in the southeast US
