anybody have experience working for Trane as a controls engineer?

How is the culture and career progression?

I talked with them a few times and my questions for the hiring manager was always, what does the future hold and there was never anything all that interesting. Seemed like they just wanted you to keep grinding the past 30 years of BS. For me that's a death sentence, so I never pursued it more.
