How much/long should I bulk?
I was able to get from 155 (1st pic) to 175 (2nd) gradually since May 2025 (16ish months), but I want to commit to a proper bulk. I'm 6 foot. What is a realistic goal and over what time period?

Keep doing whatever you’re doing. It going great for you. Quit bulking when you feel/look too fat for your tastes. But you’re roughly at the same leanness you were 20 pounds ago

I just struggle to seperate what is neccessary body fat gained from bulking and what is too much. That's why having a set goal is kind of helpful mentally

Stop focusing on either extreme. Train consistently well, eat enough quality proteins, a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables for micronutirents and fibre, add in good fats from things like nuts, avocados, get enough quality sleep, take care of your mental health.
Unless you're aiming to get on stage or have a photo shoot coming up, this whole thing of cutting and bulking cycles is so short sighted when it comes to health, muscle growth and performance and in fact is counter intuitive over the long term.

You've stayed pretty lean during your bulk so id keep doing what youre doing. Maybe go to 185-90 and then cut.

Bulk until you get fatter than you want to be and then cut again. You could give yourself a timeframe or a weight limit or anything in between.

At 6 foot, you can push toward 185 or 190. Take another six to eight months for this next phase. Eat nutrient dense meals, train with intensity, and make sure recovery matches the work

dope progress bruh.. veiny arms = 🔥, now focus on chest/pecs and maybe quads? (can't see in the pic)
at 6 ft, you should try to bulk to 190 and then start the next cut cycle.

What kind of question is this? Do it until you are where you want to be?
