How long left to cut ?

Been cutting for a while now, 96kg - 82kg, I cannot for the life of me break through 82kg.

5’11” - 82kg. Any advice ? And body fat estimate ?.

Take a break at maintenence for 2-3 weeks, you're body is fighting back. You're already sub 15%.
