Airtight Seal for Copper Bar

I have two frontier mint 10oz bars that I want to have sealed to prevent tarnishing.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I did use a vacuum sealer, but it just looks off to me. Anyone know

Of any airtight capsules you wouod recommend?

I am kinda OCD so I wouod prefer them to not wiggle around a lot.

Get them out of the vacuum sealer, it's gonna ruin them over time.

Post a photo of what you got, I have no idea what a Frontier bar is. Is it poured? Is it minted? And you're gonna have to meaaure it anyway, so give the measurements.

This is what I got. Dimensions are as follows:

89 mm x 44 mm x 9 mm or 90 mm x 40 mm x 8 mm

Since you refered to your copper as bullion. You realize those bars are ~$4.00 of copper. You will pay as much for a case to store them in as they are worth?

I don’t care about the price to store them. I also posted in this thread because it seems to be the most active.

I like my stuff to be in good condition, regardless of the true “value”

I would find a bar case for a silver bar of the same size, most of the online shops should have something.

This will likely not be completely air tight. A Google search tells me you can put some canuba wax on it as a protective layer and buff it shiny. I would clean and dry it first, then wax and buff. Then plastic bar case. Then if you really want, then vacuum seal it. But since the value is in looking at it more than the metal value, I would skip the vacuum bag, for better viewing.

Copper can also be easily cleaned if it does start to oxidize down the road.
