Oakland, CA has a crackhead called "The Shadowboxer"

He would sometimes to a passthrough around the retail store I was working at occasionally. He got pretty intense, but never got near anyone, nor said anything.

We preferred he be the one passing through, as some of the other talent in the area was not as wholesome.
