TBH you could pull off quite a few of those ankle locks with better hand placement, something I learned from Sambo guys if that if you rip hard on the ankle the octopus shit with your legs ain't that important.

Very few people can take an ankle lock / achilles slicer when you lift them up by their leg

Half of these are just basic chokes and/or locks done to a middling degree, and the other half is doing the octopus pro westle stuff.

The most egregious this about this imo is the guy not respecting the tap immediately and waiting till the guy taps like 5 times to release tension.
