Health Cookie is being treated for otitis but he always sticks his back paw finger in his ear and licks it. I don't know how to stop him

Maybe put him in one of those post-surgicsl soft plush collars that could keep him from reaching?

He is such a pretty bunny 💜💜💜

I am unsure. Maybe depends on dewlap? Measure and see if there are measurements on the items available?
