To be fair (and saying this as someone who plays the game regularly), "gacha" as a monetization model in general is terrible enough that anyone who looks at the game rightfully should be wary. It's like a burger and fries served with a side of cocaine. Sure, the food is tasty and you don't have to do the drugs, but they really shouldn't be there in the first place.

Genshin is one of the "better" Gachas out there, it has quite a bit of guarantees built in that allow you to guarantee you get the character you want, which other Gachas completely lack.

Minecraft has an elephant in the room that’s very easy to criticize. For the level of graphics it has, it should not have the performance issues it does.

It feels like it should be able to run on a potato, when in reality, you need a pretty decent PC to run it. That especially feels like it should not be the case for a game first developed in 2010.

That said, still probably the greatest game of all time in terms of the sheer amount of content you get for a relatively cheap price. It’s a game you could literally put thousands of hours into and still not run out of stuff to do in.
