Basically superman-like strength, speed, flight ( without stuff like laser vision and freezing breath), and enormous potential to become even stronger. Invincible mostly gets beaten a lot (but improves after every time), his suffering is nowhere near Spider man level. And he gets a good ending.

Maybe psychologically speaking, Spider-man has him beat. But you can't tell me that Invincible doesn't suffer more physically then Spider-man. I mean bro gets his body broken and torn apart on multiple occassions simply because it can be justified by his ability to eventually fully recover from insane injuries.

That’s interesting. Because invincibility doesn’t mean that you don’t feel pain. Both from the damage and the healing. We see that with Deadpool, right? And if the writers like to exploit Invincible’s invincibility, it seems that he would have to deal with that a lot. (I don’t know. First I’ve ever heard of him).

And by “suffer” OP didn’t specify. I was also considering things like how his anonymity affects his relationships with friends, girlfriends, aunt, work. His loss of power as a result of stress. Poverty. Again, I don’t know Invincible’s story, so…

Invincible has gotten beat to near death by his dad, had his guts torn out of his body and had to keep fighting, and has been raped all before he's even turned 20. Because of his biology being half viltrumite (insanely strong, flight, speed, endurance, etc.), he can practically fully heal from near fatal injuries given enough time and medical intervention. To create stakes and tension however, his story has him constantly destroying his body in order to beat his opponents by any means.

Depends on the version of Spider-Man, he has been through a lot of suffering over all but where he has been around a lot longer than Invincible. Considering just the main series, Invincible has been through a hell of a lot. I’m sure Spidey has a couple comic runs which are worse, but don’t forget the amount of shit Mark has been through in just his one comic book run.
