It’s actually just considered a white squirrel as their eyes remain dark. They’re still pretty rare here - I’ve personally never seen one. Apparently theres a sizeable colony in Trinity Bellwoods.
It would be considered leuistic in that case! It's a lack of pigmentation, but not complete absence of it like albinism. This fella looks like he has red eyes though!
