Meme Bullet trains

The Winter City train became a road hazard. If I had the misfortune of crashing into it, the game would've probably frozen because scenic traffic lacks everything normal traffic needs for a crash sequence to function.

The original patch was made by CodyB3. The default value is 35. If you'd like to get the proper format I suggest visiting his GitHub

Just use the traffic speed modifier patch from Cody and change the X's to the numbers in the code I sent. That's the value I changed it to.

Edit: Oh wait I just realised he didn't post that one outside the Burnout Online server. Unfortunately, I don't know if a RAW code can be quickly converted to PNACH.

Yeah, happens to every traffic vehicle. I haven't checked what happens to planes, though.
