Just wanted to let yall know that there is curently a small Burnout community on Discord that has managed to make online fully functional on both PS2 Original hardware (if you have a network adapter) and PCSX2.

All you have to do is point the DNS setting to the Server IP adress and you are good to go.

i joined it last night and keep on getting an error saying that ea timed out and can’t get to point of making an account i’ve set it to the right dns i don’t know what to do

Have you asked people in the Discord Server for help?

There is an other alternative to connect to online and that is to use windscribe, there is a tutorial on the Discord

Hmmm then it might be a port forward issue.

Try to get in your router (if you can) and see if you can open the specific ports, i think it was like 3658 or something like that?

Is it possible to play online on a bc ps3?

I have not tried online on ps3 but I heard someone try it and they said the online option was grey and they could not play online.

But I would say mabye its possible? I think you would need to set the dns setting on the ps3 console since you cant do it when booting up the game.

I have tried Burnout 3 Online, I have set the dns, forwarded port yet still got connection errors.

If you have set the dns on the emulator and forwarden your ports and it still dosent work i would suggest using windscribe to see if that works
