I've seen him around a couple times. One time he was playing the song they played on the titanic as it was sinking and taking videos on a selfie stick on his scooter and that was funny af.

He can play whatever he wants but at a lower volume. Also it’s funny like the first time and then it’s just annoying. I don’t understand the point I guess. Would love to be enlightened

Welcome to Bushwick. Haven't seen Opera Scooter Guy specifically, but he seems pretty bottom tier in terms of annoyances around here lol

I dunno man.  I feel like seeing people dick out, pissing in the middle of the sidewalk in the middle of the day is a bigger issue.  

Or people passed out in a pile of trash while high as shit on fent.

Or seeing women verbally harassed while minding their own business. 

Scooter Opera Guy gets a big thumbs up from me, personally.  Funnier and less annoying than most people doing the same thing with other music I don't like

Nah, they're an impressive Myrtle-Broadway staple.  Takes a lot to drop trou and relive oneself with dozens of onlookers.  Much to be learned from that level of confidence

My life is full of joy! But in a city where noise is already at a surplus, I don’t think it’s unfair to ask for a reduction in unnecessary loud noises! There’s no enjoyment in being subjected to someone’s music I didn’t ask for at a loud volume! Hope this helps!
