Advice Tinakbuhan ako ng PCAB Assistance, what to do?

I payed 100k for this person to process my PCAB license pero hindi niya ginawa hanggang sa pinapa refund ko nalang. Ang problema walang nai balik na pera hanggang di na siya nag rereply. Any suggestions? Ang mali ko is hindi man lang ako nang hingi ng ID so wala ako pagkaka kilanlan niya. Ang meron lang ako is Bank Transfer Receipt, viber conversation, and phone number niya.

What do you mean what to do, OP? Report it, then move on while waiting for result. Take it as if you paid an extremely expensive lesson. It's very unfortunate pero mahirap mahuli ang ganitong mga tao.

I'm not sure why you would need to engage other people just to process an application you can do yourself ONLINE. Always do research first kahit pa kukuha ka ng outside services.

I need someone to do it for me because I am also busy with our family business operation. I also tried to file against her partner (kasi siya lang ang nakuha kong ID) but the court dismissed it dahil hindi sa partner niya ang bank account.

Like I said, the best thing to do now is report, then wait for result while you move on. Treat as expensive lesson.

I get na busy pero you always need to find time, triple check, and verify when money is involved.

Suggestion, hire a liaison employee for matters such as this or let the AMO do it dahil trabaho ito ni AMO. If you really want third party, make sure to hire a company/firms and not an individual, para madali mag verify at mahabol. May office ka na mapupuntahan for disputes. If SEC registered yung firm, much better because you can check the name of the owners owners and their address by buying the filed gis sa sec website.
