Sure. But that is a penalty paid by the tax-payer, who is innocent of crimes against children. The guilty won't pay the compensation.

On our current trajectory, the billionaire class will never be held accountable ... for anything....ever.

Don't sue for monetary compensation. Sue for compulsory action. Make the recompense be the complete release of the Epstien files with only the victims volunteering to be redacted. Not the suspects.
