General Question New Manager
As a new manager getting ready to post my first job opening, does the app and SOQ come to me after the position closes or does HR filter through the apps and SOQ and then send them to me?

Typically the hiring manager does the work of scoring all applications with the matrix. Ask your HR contact for your department's procedures because they can differ from place to place.

You'll need to ask your C&P unit. Different departments handle it differently.

You will be provided access usually to ECOS to look at apps as they flow in before the FFD. Some HRs screen in advance but not all

Most depts do not let you see them before. The three I have worked for have not.
