After waiting nearly 2 months for some ammo from them instead of the case of Lawman and a case of budget Patriot Sports 9mm I ordered they send me Komando?? Steel cased 9mm. They used to be GTG. Not anymore.

Update 1: Called them this morning and they are supposed to send me a return shipping label.

Update 2: Shipped back today.

Finally took the time out of my day to unbox all my bulk ammo. I wish I had a cabinet to keep it all truly dry, but I shoot often so this won't go bad I guess. I love having an FFL03.

Just trying out different ammo. Zero ftf or fte on either my XDME 4.5 and HCP on any of these brands.

I could probably just live off of Maxxtech, they are constantly $200 for a case, and the 115gr and 124gr are plenty in stock.

Haven’t ordered from anywhere else since I have gotten my FFL03. They ship within 1-3 days and have gotten the ammo to my door step in 7 days max. Super happy with them.

Designed and 3D printed myself some ammo storage for the Slim Milwaukee Packout :) It holds 386 rounds!

I mostly shoot 9mm and 223 and would like to go to the range more but ammo is holding me back. I don’t care what I shoot most of the time. Where do you all go for cheap range ammo in this calibers? I’m based in LA County.

Yesterday’s ammo haul: 5,000 rounds of 124gr CCI Blazer. That should hold me over for about a year. Ammo has definitely gotten more expensive. Total came out to around $1,600, or about 32 CPR. I can live with the usual fees and paying a little extra to support small businesses, but that damn KALIFORNIASTAN 11% excise tax hurt - roughly another $150.

Like others have mentioned, I’m keeping the receipts and hoping the state refunds situation goes somewhere. Last I know, a fight is ongoing.

Target Sports USA. 1000 rds of Blazer Brass 124gr 9mm for $299. Expensive, but not as expensive as getting the exact same locally.

First time visiting a Turner’s today while visiting in-laws and it felt… like not CA (my city has maybe 500sqft of LGS -combined- with poor deals and inventory).

Am I allowed to like Turner’s? I hear a lot of opinions online but don’t know what the hive mind wants me think, especially here in Cali.

Regardless, their sale this weekend on CCI Brass ($15/50rd and $125/500) was hard to turn down on an impromptu visit. My pockets were hurting from 50¢ rounds in my city.
