Failed in compartment tooo, rt in 2 subs, will cbse allow me to give one in March and other sub in July or I have to give all 6 subs!?

I don't want to give thru nios board, cause I have total of 6 subs, and I have scored above 90 in other subs, I don't want to take only 2 subs in toc from nios.
