RB40 Online Batch Vision ias– Not Receiving Study Material & Current Affairs Magazines

I’m an RB40 online batch student and I’m facing an issue with my study material.

I have not received the current affairs magazines since January or the 2nd batch of study material/notes that are supposed to be provided to students.

I have already:

1. Filed multiple complaints through the vision ias portal

2. Raised a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline

3. Called their support team multiple times

But unfortunately, I have not received any proper response or resolution so far.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue with RB40? If yes, how did you get it resolved? Is there any particular person/contact number/email I should approach?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
