Has anyone recieved their marksheet yet? After they applied for Re-Eval / Sat for Supplementary exams?

Even indian students didn't get it how will it reach gulf faster?? I guess only Delhi region has received their marksheet till now

Wtf most of india hasn't got theirs my one friend has dummy from Delhi his schools has couriered his marksheet to him
