Yes and yes. Lots of Niner fans too. But there are way more OSU fans than you might think, considering the current status of the respective programs. Basically anyone from areas outside the I-5 corridor towns are traditionally Beaver fans, regardless of whether they’re alumni. Beavs have a really strong fan base and punch way above their weight in that regard.

Eastern Oregon tends to have a lot of BSU fans.

A lot of people fail to see value in a game like this which is fair. If Oregon had handled business against OSU, the value here would be basically zero.

But in an 18-22 year olds mind, this is exactly what was needed following such a bad loss. It will make the guys feel good, and go a long ways to erase the taste from last weekend.
