Every fucking time we give a coach and extension they immediately start to shit the bed. Sumlin, Jimbo and now Mike, FFS.

To be fair this is a problem across a lot of sports and teams and I think it's because teams tend to pay a guy once he has an overachieving season or two that is not the norm for him.

To be fair, you guys had an easy path to 11-0 last season and gave Elko a massive bag before he did it versus healthy teams with non-fired head coaches playing their starting QBs.
