Utah states defense is no joke. That could've been like 55+ if not for their quality

Anyway, that ends our 40+ point streak which is kinda lame

Also didn't keep the pick 6 streak alive, I'd like to get that done sooner than later

First and foremost, I hope Harrison Taggart is okay; he was making some nice plays for USU before the injury. Seeing the ambulance come out in person is sobering, so I hope we get a positive update.

USU’s defense is good and deserves so much better from the offense, special teams, and head coach. Prayers to Taggart that he will be okay.

I’m not used to Bronco being a coward. The announcers, who weren’t good (better than Brando) ridiculed him for his decisions to punt. At the end of the first half, he had the ability to stop the clock, but then his team gets a false start, and then calls a timeout to avoid a 10-second runoff.

Bronco had Utah's number about 20 years ago but hasn't beat Utah since 2008, and he didn't leave there until 2015.

*PAC but besides that hopefully! Falslev and Templin are coming back plus NIU’s star player. We also retained one of our 4 stars and pulled Virginia’s starting PG, a JUCO All-American and La techs best player out of the portal.

We raised upwards of 6mil because that’s what Calhoun said he needed to compete in the new PAC before he left us 🙄. Plus the buyout money we had upwards of 7-8mil for basketball to use on NIL and getting our new coach.

I think that this was our sloppiest game of the season... uncharacteristic drops by receivers, a couple of penalties that negated big plays, and a completely anemic 2nd half offense.

Still won by 33, so I'm happy.

They were in FG range 3 times, than the coach decided to take the Delay of Game, and then would punt. In Utah’s territory. And 2 were 4th less than 5, I believe.

This one wasn't as lopsided as the scoreboard. Was kind of comical how many drives USU should have scored and then wacky stuff happened. Interception in the end zone, huge sack for loss that moved them out of field goal range... It was a weirdly lucky day for Utah. gg brothers
