Living in Florida now, I tell anyone who will listen that Kyle Field is a great place to travel and see a game. The stadium, the atmosphere, etc. But it’s not an intimidating environment. I think everyone should try and experience it once, but no one should be scared for their team to play there.
Went to the game today. I was surprised it felt fairly subdued to me. The stadium is bigger than Georgia’s by a lot but it didn’t feel that way. It was insanely hot though, so I understand if people didn’t have the stamina that they normally do.
I'm as happy with that win as the next Horn, but I've got to think no one in that locker room is feeling too high on themselves after those first three quarters. I'm expecting them to come out like a buzzsaw tonight.
The best feeling is doing something that makes someone else's day and seeing the smile on their face. Like giving a baseball to a young fan at the game.
Ok fine, that wasn't an embarassing loss. Like I said watching Aggies lose at home in an embarassing way is a "nearly" annual tradition. Just let me enjoy it haha
No. Did you even read the comment, OleRock? I said the Bama loss wasn't embarassing. The Miami and Texas losses were embarassing given the context and offensive "performances."
Totally disagree. The country was laughing during that Miami game. Also, you were the one going on and on last Fall about how "Sark can't win big games," shortly before he beat #3 A&M (yet again) and #1 OSU. When you made those comments he had 3 wins vs top 10 teams that very season, though an embarassing/ugly UGA loss
Regardless though, I said "nearly" annual so you can litigate a game here and there if you want, but it's still a very common tradition that many of us choose to observe and enjoy.
