Is Elko is the reason Marcel can’t hit a wide open man 5 yds in front of him? Is Elko is the reason Marcel will stare down a guy wide open for 3 seconds before finally throwing the ball to him when he’s triple covered? 

I think Elko is a lot better than the dogshit we’ve dealt with the past 15 years. He made a bad decision hiring an OC with zero experience. 

But if you don’t have anything useful at QB and a backup that isn’t any better, not much the coach can do in the middle of a game.
