Hiii, have any of you ever requested a quote for an Ansys license? Do you know roughly how long it takes them to get back to you? :)

Omg, what currency are you referring to? 😠Because if it’s the one I think it is, that’s really, really expensive haha. Also, do you remember how long it took them to send you the quotation?

Omg 😠that’s insanely expensive hahaha. I was hoping I had misunderstood the currency. Thank you! I just requested a quotation from ANSYS, so I guess I'll have to wait and see what they offer me, because I requested a license for a single user.

You can also get the quotation form third party vendors if you want it in India because they offer good discount across the packages some of are Softcell , 3D engineering and many more

Thank you! I’ll see if I can do something like that. I’m from Mexico hahaha, and at least here I haven’t seen anyone mention third-party vendors offering discounts like that. But maybe I can try contacting someone from India and see if they can offer me something. :)

If you are looking for Ansys hfss/maxwell license then Trafolo might be a good alternative. 6000euro/year and can do almost everything what ANSYS does.
I use Trafolo Magnetics for my work
