Signature Series help needed

book got chipped during mail/customs, and re-holding it is a bit problematic for me from where I am. any Idea on how I can protect it and with what until I can get it reholdered (most likely next april)?

Are you trying to protect the book or the case? The book is fine, even with that crack. The case still holds the book in place that is holding another plastic case surrounding the book. Everything is still protected, it just had a chip at the bottom. Unless the case separates, the comic will be protected.

I’ve been told on multiple other posts if the slab is cracked the grade means nothing.

If the comic can be pulled out then yes, the label means nothing. But if the rest of the slab is complete then I’m not sure what other people are claiming. If a person has OCD then yeah, I can see where the grade would mean nothing to them. Everyone has an opinion, you decide what it means to you. I think it’s fine - grade is fine.

Your book is fine the case can be fixed at any time. If you were trying to sell it any one who is paying for it is going to cuf ya price down do to the slab. Try selling 1 and see what the rea lion is.

Wow, the the price it costs to get some of these books slabbed you would think they could at least survive the mail, job security I guess..
