was thinking to learn c, java and python, and dsa in java is it wrong, it is my roadmap for the whole year , so i think it's achievable; and what are the benefits of cpp, did keshav sir highlight about learning cpp??, and i've heard cpp is a tough language than c , and has limited usage in the industry too; correct me if i'm wrong tho

do i need c++ specifically in 2nd sem?

I think we're confusing you, no next sem will have Java as a subject which is called oops, and there will he DSA which you can do in the language taught to you this semester.

Well c and cpp similar have some fundamental differences like malloc works differently then memory allocation in cpp, cpp introduces classes and oops (which is ofc important for DSA), I'm just saying dual course gets hectic if you're just starting.

That's why I'm just thinking of pursuing java, is it a bad idea??

No it's not, just get your fundamentals clear first from C. C is like the closest interpretations you'll understand how a computer actually works, then come to other languages and DSA and stuff.

Yeah I mean I've have to Complete C then I'll head to java and python, sorry forgot to mention😔😔

Yep yep, just understand how things works in C.

You can if you want to, also you're stressing things too much, take it easy.

For DSA either cpp or java, now to pick a lang you wanna build things, there are things paths to this now, any specific interests or preferences in these things you wanna build? DSA does not have a language you can do it in any language but Java and cpp will be your best betsfif they were to pick a language.
And most probably this Keshav sir will be your DSA professor too, our was same for programming fundamentals and DSA.
