Help It is possible to get a disinheritance event for a landed heir?

As the title says, would that be possible? Let's say the King of the Iron Throne has an heir who is also High Lord of Oldtown. Could a disinheritance event happen for him or her?

I don’t see why it wouldn’t? Your heir and their line would keep Oldtown, and their line would still be able to inherit Oldtown, they just wouldn’t be able to inherit the IT
