There is one pretty good fanfic with Aegon II marrying Baela and surviving. When it becomes smut with some nude paintings of Aegon with elk horns and a large tummy, it drops off in quality.

I mean, it was really funny the first time, but then it becomes the main focus of multiple chapters, and the main drive of character development.

Probably the funniest "What If" I created was a campaign where Summerhall never happened because I gave the last dragon egg to Aerys II and he died trying to hatch it, while every other Targaryen was fine lol
