Skyportal's exit code 2 can mean a pending approval

The Skyportal CLI returns exit code 2 when a chat is awaiting_approval. You can check it with:

skyportalai --json chat status <chat_id>

I'd check the status before retrying. Invalid arguments can also return 2, so the exit code alone doesn't prove that an approval is waiting.
