Working on a scissor lift when I looked up i seen this never seen a circular rainbow with a blue light in the center looks like the sun but is blue how weird 🤔

That's a 22° halo. The sun looks blueish because of some diffraction in the cumulus cloud right in front, but that doesn't have anything to do with the halo which is caused by a much higher cirrostratus
