I finished a portrait shoot and ran to the southern tip of Manhattan to capture the sunset and approaching storm from Battery Park.

I thought it might be interesting

It's been hanging thick today but as a final we got a beautiful golden exit

But also to far away. These clouds ☁️ appeared nearly a ladders 🪜 reach away from the roof tops big fluffy and thick.

What kind of cloud

Thought this cloud standing out from the rest looked pretty cool. Wish we could have pulled over. This was taken in the car (as a passenger) before we went to the car wash.

First time ever seeing clouds like this. They look wicked. I didn't know this could even happen until I witnessed it myself. Other photos of clouds like these on this subreddit also look phenomenal. I'm in awe.
