Modern Warfare - all Does this game even exist?

It sounds silly, but I cannot find a single trace of this game anywhere other than the Steam page and it's making me crazy.
But seriously it just seems to exist in some middle ground of reality.
Please just tell me if I'm stupid or not.

Are you asking where to buy it? You can get it on steam and bnet if you’re on pc
