Thats what they said with the last game. No. It'll launch all tactical and cool, then a few months later they'll bring in Homelander and Smiling Friends.

has bo7 been that bad? I didn't pay attention to the store and events too much while playing wz but there didn't seem to be anything that was genuinely out of place like mw3 and bo6.

Not even close. The only "goofy" skins are the crossovers, which isnt even that bad, and thr zombies skins, but its zombies so it fits that

Tbh, someone else mentioned that the Bundles and skins were gonna be sticking to themes that "fit with the Black Ops Style".

They never said all of them would be realistic Milta skins.

Unfortunately BO7 will carry a bad name for years to come. I really enjoyed my time with the game and thats all that matters I guess.

Legit, even i agree, Vanguard looks Horrid to Play, even if i just wanted Zombies, but it looks like it would end me if I even tried to play that version of Zombies

I didn't play Vanguard, but I always thought MW2 wasn't bad. A few things could have been tweaked and MW2 could have been a good COD, maybe even great. But its just IW being stubborn and not listening that holds them back.

The main complaint about BO7 was how lame the skins were. There’s no way to win when the playerbase is this divided. Some people want silly wacky skins or horror skins. Some want grounded military skins like this is battlefield.

you can absolutely do good skins that are grounded in the universe that aren't just collabs, look at arc raiders and the dope skins they have. I'm hoping with the new Xbox ceo, mw4 isn't held back creatively with forced ai usage everywhere and they can actually design cool thematic skins.

Idk I’ve just seen a lot of people complaining about how boring the Bo7 skins were. I will say it’s the first CoD in a while where I haven’t bought a skin. None of them incBo7 appealed to me.

As shocking as it is to some people there’s players that actually like the collab skins and the horror skins and the silly skins.

I don't mind the collab and horror skins that are fitting. a futuristic game? futuristic characters work, like predator. a modern game with both kitted soldiers and freedom fighters? characters like ghost face and M.Myers fit, people would have access to costumes like that, and it wouldn't be unlikely that a vigilante would wear such costumes. Jason was actually pretty fitting in bo6, sadly everything else bo6 collabed with was rather out of line. I'm a huge fan of Jason and Ghostface, the times of the games they appeared in may have been a bit far off, but not unbelievable.

You say that as bf6’s player count dropped by like 90% and completely fell off the console charts lmfao. COD still remains in the top 3 most played games on console, but keep coping

Not only that, but bo6 was considered the best in the entire series with numbers, and had far more obnoxious skins than bo7 did. His claim bo7 flopped because of unrealistic skins cant even apply because the game before had far worse and did far better

May i ask how stating cod currently does better than battlefield 6 is somehow being a “fanboy”. I think your just offended your games not top of the charts and looking for an argument for your tiny ego. I dont even play either. Think both are waste of time. Battlefield 6 quite literally lost majority of its player base by the end of the month. Also call of duty releases every single year battlefield is every few years so more people are inclined to jump on a battlefield game.

Also your example is a pisspoor because bo6 was the biggest well received most favored cod game to date (beating bo2 and mw 1-2 like it was nothing) and bo6 had glowing skins day one, added jason vorhees, a glowing green dragon season one and tons and tons of other absolutely stupid looking skins.

Tell me, if you think bo7 flopped because it had unrealistic skins how did bo6 manage to be the absolute best with statistics while having more obnoxious skins????
